 | | Review: Classic Feeder I have heard this album and I must say it sounds so fresh: the band had got a little stagnant on the last couple of albums. As the details read on the description this sounds similar to their earlier efforts with Jon Lee. Once Jon died the band was morning his death and never did sound as good, now that Mark Richardson [Little Angels & Skunk Anansie] has been replaced with Karl Brazil [Robbie Williams, Natalie Imbruglia & James Blunt] the band sound renewed.
A much more heavier album than Silent Cry, this will make any Feeder fan happy who enjoyed the first three albums [Polythene, Yesterday Went Too Soon & Echo Park].
A huge WELCOME back to the band that won so many hearts early on, will be playing this album for a while.

 | | | | | Re: FEEDER Renegades (2010 UK limited edition 12-track CD
album - As passionate as ever, but with a renewed sense of energy
and excitement the band entered the studio last year to record songs
written over the last 18 months. With no label to appease or interfere,
Grant felt like the band were starting over again and the energy and
chemistry of the early days comes over on the new record. Their
seventh studio album, 'Renegades', captures the heavier side of the
band as witnessed ontwo 'undercover' tours. The energy of single
'Call Out' is infectious and sets the tone for this very raw, very honest
album. Production is stripped down but they have kept the melodies
and dynamics of what makes the classic Feeder sound. Includes
Bonus Recording 'Godhead') £ 12.99 View this product
