Beware when ordering over the internet of items listed as UK pressings with bonus tracks available only in the UK. Sometimes you don't get what you are expecting. This has happened to me many times with many different sellers. Often the information listed about an item is "canned" and was released before the CD was, and at the last minute the track listing changed. Or other times the UK pressing indeed has extra tracks but when I tried to purchase this I ended up getting one "made in the EU" and it did not have the extra tracks. The latest example was Chicago 16 and Chicago 17, both listed with extra tracks not available in any other country but the UK. I got EU copies without the extra tracks and had to return them. Espirit did this as well. I had trouble finding out if there indeed were UK copies available with extra tracks, but apparently the extra tracks were cancelled. So if you are ordering just for UK-only tracks, beware. | [reply to this topic] |
