I have never seen this particular LP listed anywhere. Can you shed some light on it.
Seventeen Seconds - repressed LP (circa 1990)
It is a mispressed copy with the following error
Side A - no Play for Today - replaced with A Forest
Side B - as per normal pressing

i have a lot of rare Cure vinyl records. i dont know where to start in terms of getting them properly valued. i have a DJ promo of The Walk which is apparently so rare it cant be valued?? can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks. | [reply to this topic] |

Of Another Kind' and includes an unreleased studio version of Killing
an Arab. The vocal track & some instrumental parts are different and
predates the album version with a production rougher and more
basic. The sleeve dates the song from 1978 and states 'Eighteen Age
records' instead of 'Fiction' and it is rumoured that this version was
incorrectly included by Polydor. The laminated picture sleeve and disc are Near Mint. An obscure rarity for the true completist

Does anybody know much about this release?
I read a description above and it mentioned a 'gold promotional stamp' on the rear.
I have one of these in my collection but I guess it doesn't have the stamp. Does that matter so much as far as the selling price is concerned? I saw another post where the stamp wasn't mentioned. Back in 1987 I was around the 15 years old, and bought this The Cure Album. Wait, it's not the same. Mine have -I still own this one- two polybags to hold the vinyl records instead the Lyrics inner. After 20 years of that, I still don't know if the one I have it's the first edition. Hope someone comes along to clear this doubt.
The spanish subtitles of the songs, on the back sleeve and in the picture labels, makes this album a must have. | [reply to this topic] |

vinyl [when held to a light] 2-LP set with picture labels, housed in a
picture sleeve with. This copy is still in the original shrink so only has
signs of age along the opening, the vinyl has a few light surface marks
but plays with no problems - great copy! LPR16611-A2)

single. Undoubtedly the rarest of all their promo singles it is housed in
a unique textured white picture sleeve. The front shows a black and
white version of the domestic appliancesphoto from the Three
Imaginary Boys album artwork and the back contains a brief Spanish
language biography. With no seam splits and only a 2mm tear by the
opening [which is hardly visible], and in near Mint overall condition,
