That is not how you go about defining a limited release 'SerialKilla'.
'Limited Release' just means that the publishing company will not produce as many units as they did for the original issue. If the first issue of 'Ten' sold 12 million copies; the reissue would still be defined as a limited release even if 11,999,999 were produced.
mat888, the user who started this discussion, thought that the reissue was a numbered 'special' LIMITED EDITION. That's why my reply to him was such because from a valuation perspective, this reissue's price will stay flat for years to come.
