Robins Roost Burns, OR USA Created Thu 5th Jul '12 08:09 (GMT) | | Original issue I have 2 of the original black vinyl issue of the KYA 1969 Peace Talk. What would they actually sell for? I have one listed on Discogs.com for US$ 290.00 with no buyers. | [reply to this topic] |
 | | | | | Re: JOHN LENNON The KYA 1969 Peace Talk (70s issue US wide centred
7" vinyl single, pressed on BLUE
vinyl, originally issued by the Radio Station KYA-1260 in San Francisco.
This disc features an interview with John about Peace & was originally
available exclusively from the radio station. Unlike this replica, the
original issues had a rough textured label & were on black vinyl.
Seeing as the original would set you back well over a hundred pounds,
this reproduction issue is a bargain! KYA1969) View this product

 | | | | | Re: JOHN LENNON & YOKO ONO Unfinished Music No. 2: (Rare original
1969 UK 5-track LP on the short lived 'Zapple' spinoff label. Matrix
numbers on both sides end -1 indicating this to be the very first
pressing. The labels show light spindle marks, but the playing surface
is immaculate! Housed in the fully laminated picture sleeve with only
minor laminate creasing to show it's age, no rips, tears or splits - A
superb copy, rarely seen in stock! ZAPPLE01) 'No Comment' - George Martin View this product

ricardo666 Edinburgh, Midlothian UNITED KINGDOM Created Wed 15th Aug '07 23:44 (GMT) | | Rare Hi peeps. Have a rare single since the mid-eighties which I purchased at a record fair in Edinburgh (1985,I think). Polish import, square picture flexi-disc of Lennon`s "Woman". Picture of a Polish woman wearing the garb holding a sheep. Only played once as flexis tend to wear out quick. So in mint nick. Don`t know who to ask it`s present day value. Curious at moment but if someone could enlighten me,would be very grateful! Not a greedy man, just curious!! There`s no B-side,that`s brown stiff paper I`m afraid with Polish writing. Help! | [reply to this topic] |

worn by the man himself. This Beige coloured t-shirt has small fishes
across the front with text 'Paraty - Brasil' underneath and was worn by
Lennon during the recording of Double Fantasy. Originally given by
Lennon to the guitar tech Richard Carlson at the Hit Factory Recording
Studio in NYC, where John & Yoko even had a lounge there to relax
between recording. This comes complete with a letter of provenance from Richard detailing the background to him owning this fantastic shirt plus

bholanek st andrews, fife UNITED KINGDOM Created Sun 11th Feb '07 10:23 (GMT) | | John Lennon Original Artworks on Movie Script I found John Lennon's personal copy of a Beatles Movie script with his original drawings. Producer Robert Stigwood verified he personally gave John the script and recognized the drawings and writing. The drawings consist of all four Beatles, John's Dad, Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, Aunt Mimi's Apple Tree, The Egg man, Julian Lennon, Orange Label robot colored over his motif drawing of himself, Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane...Amazing find...I bought the script from a London Movie Prop store. .they thought someone ruined the script because they drew on it. It came out of a producer's office that was being cleared out. The drawings are of the things which influenced John, thus influencing his music, which influenced his listeners. John Lennon mentions the same subject matter in several interviews. The drawings were done in 1975.

even has Disco written in the left hand side with all three stood around
a pool table. Lennon has initialled it & Jesse Ed Davis has signed the
reverse as provenance. In addition this superb item comes complete
